The people, having bought apartments in the building group Holiday Golf Club pay a one-year fee, which is for:
• Maintenance of the territory of the complex

• Maintenance of the swimming pools
• Maintenance of the green area of the complex
• Year round security
• Using of the swimming pools
• Electric lighting of the common territories
The fee amount is 8.34 Euro per square metre per year + VAT 20% with the following discounts:
