Finishing
The building structure is concrete on a grid of 720 m with brick walls with all the necessary insulation provided. The partitions are completed with YTONG blocks. Windows are PVC and the inner doors are made of laminated MDF.
The complex has private power supply, transformer, infrastructure including sewerage and water supply. The plumbing is made of polypropylene pipes and sewerage of PVC pipes. There is a system for satellite television and telephone system with possible INTERNET communication. Air-conditioning installed in all apartments.
