The Complex
Sapphire Residence is designed in accordance to the characteristic architectural style of the town. It comprises of four buildings and a sport centre, all situated in a common courtyard. The complex will be fenced and the access to it will be controlled. The main idea of the project is to provide the owners with everything they need inside the complex.

The construction works began in June 2006. It will be divided in two stages; the first will include the construction of two buildings and the sport and spa centre, the second will include the constuction of the third and fourth building. The first stage is expected to be finished before the winter season 2007 November for the first building and december for the second building.

Each building will have four living floors and two penthouse levels. The complex will offer 56 underground parking spaces. the common parts of the buildings will be luxurious. Each building will have a hydraulic elevator.

• Transportation (shuttle bus) to the gondola lift
• Free usage of all the facilities, indoor swimming pool, sauna, gym, etc
• Reception services, ski depot and many others
• Letting service is also available.

Payment Plan

• 35% upon signing of the preliminary contract
• 35% upon roof level (ACT 14 for finishing the rough building construction April 2007)
• 30% before transferring of the ownership December 2007
