Bulgaria-Ltd Furnishings was created to provide turnkey services to clients who require a complete furnishing solution. We aim to provide packages that save you time and that are more cost effective compared to doing your own furniture shopping.
In addition to meeting our client’s standard furnishing requirements we specialize in furnishing packages tailored for the holiday rental market. We supply a wide range of furnishing options keeping in mind the need for quality and durability necessary for rental accommodation.
Our packages range from the mid market to luxury standards. Packages are supplied to all kinds of properties ranging from studios to three bedroom apartments to detached houses.

Bulgaria-Ltd Furnishings was created as a response to the needs of our clients and their feedback over the last few years. In order to achieve this goal, our furnishings and design department first create a concept and a package for each property. Once this is done, it is then discussed at length with each client. This process enables us to tailor these packages in line with the costs and taste requirements of the client. Short order cycle
All of our furniture and accessories are made to order for clients. In spite of this we aim to deliver within 45 days of finalizing the package with client.

We mainly supply quality furniture made to order and supplied by the French furniture design company ‘Gautier’. However, we also deal with a very select range of local companies in order to be able to source even lower priced quality furniture if a client so wishes.

Gautier is a French design company, which has been specializing in furniture for the dining, living and bedroom areas since 1958. The fourth largest furniture manufacturer in Europe, Gautier manufactures stylish beds, dressers, armoires, sofas, desks and dining furniture. Gautier also has a wide variety of lines for use in offices. Furniture lines are designed across a wide range of qualities, styles and Colors to suit individual tastes and budgets. Gautier furniture is contemporary, stylish and durable. Gautier factories are equipped with the latest technology for making wood based engineered furniture products. Their distinguished designs, fine quality and sturdy construction has made Gautier prized by upscale customers who are seeking a unique and more sophisticated look in furniture for their home or their workplace.

Guarantees
All Gautier furniture supplied by Bulgaria-Ltd Furnishings comes with a three year guarantee. Guarantees apply to wear and tear caused by normal usage. For details please enquire.

The process
1. Client fills and sends to us the ‘request a quote form’
2. Client receives (by email / telephone / hardcopy as relevant) a quotation for the package ordered. Each quotation is accompanied by:

A complete itemized breakdown and pricing for the different living areas.

A picture of the product lines on which the quote is based upon.
-
A 3D visualization from our design department showing how the apartment would look like with the items in the quote.
3. The quote is then discussed at length with the client till each item is finalized based on the individual taste and budget requirements of the client.
4. Once the package is finalized, the client pays 50% of the total package price in advance. (Payments can be made bank to bank or in cash)
5. Order processing times range between 45 days to 60 days.
6. Once the package has been delivered and installed, we take pictures of the finished products and mail them to clients as confirmation of delivery. We are more than happy if clients want to visit the property themselves or send their solicitor in order to confirm delivery.
7. The remaining 50% of the total package price is due upon delivery and installation.

What furniture brands do you deal with?

Will my furniture need assembly?
No. All packages are quoted at prices inclusive of delivery and installation.
Are there any areas where you do not deliver?
No. We deliver furniture irrespective of where your property is located in Bulgaria.
What if my order contains damaged goods?
Products are sometime damaged during the course of transportation. All efforts will be made to repair them on the spot and bring them back to perfect condition. If this is not possible, the item will be replaced with a new one.
Can I make changes in my package?
We encourage our clients to take as much time as they want in having discussions with our staff in order to finalize the package best suited to their tastes and budgets. All changes during this process are welcome. However, once an order has been confirmed and as result placed with the supplier, changes would not be possible.
